Mailing in for restoning
If you are sending plates or a belt in for restoning, you cover shipping to us; we pay fully insured return shipping back to you. Pack and insure your item and follow the Send-In Guide — the ship-to address and packing steps are included in your order confirmation and on the guide.

All other orders
For accessories, leather, side plates, and other in-hand items, shipping is paid by the customer, calculated at checkout or arranged by message.

Turnaround & international
Every piece is hand-set, so timelines follow the belt — complexity, stone count, and the current bench queue. We give an honest estimate up front and send tracking the moment your finished piece ships. We work with collectors worldwide — message us before ordering so we can sort customs and shipping together.
