What to Expect
From your doorstep to ours and back again — here's exactly how the mail-in process works, start to finish.
Place your order
Order your service from the shop like any other product. For custom work or anything you don't see listed, message us first and we'll set up a listing for your quote. Your order confirmation email includes the ship-to address and packing instructions.
Pack it right
Wrap each plate separately in bubble wrap, roll the strap loosely (never fold leather flat), and use a sturdy box with padding on all sides. If you're only sending plates, tape them plate-to-plate with foam between. Include a note with your name and order number.
Ship with tracking & insurance
Ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance for your belt's value. Send us the tracking number so we know it's coming. We'll confirm the moment it arrives.

We get to work
Every stone is set by hand, so your timeline follows the belt — complexity, stone count, and the current bench queue. We'll give you an honest estimate when it arrives, progress photos while it's on the bench, and a final glamour shot before it ships home.
The return trip
Return shipping is fully insured, packed the same careful way, with tracking sent to you the moment it leaves. Unbox it, hold it up, cue the pyro.
Good to know
Every belt is different
Hand-set work takes what it takes — timelines depend on complexity and the season's queue. You'll always know the current estimate before you ship, and we'll tell you if anything changes.
Plates only is fine
You don't have to send the whole belt — main plate or side plates alone keep shipping cheaper and safer.

What stones do we use?
Genuine cubic zirconia standard, or upgrade to Swarovski — every stone hand-set — not the dull factory plastic. It's the same sparkle you see on TV titles.
